Shipping policy

Processing Time All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Please note that orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on weekends or public holidays.

Shipping Estimates

  • United States: 4–14 business days.

  • Canada: 7–20 business days.

  • Note: Delivery times are estimates. While we strive to meet these windows, delays may occur due to carrier issues, high seasonal volume, or customs inspections.

Order Tracking Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow 2–5 business days for the tracking information to update in the carrier’s system.

Address Accuracy & Undeliverable Packages Please double-check your shipping address. ABJA HOME is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If a package is returned to us as undeliverable, the customer will be responsible for the additional shipping costs to resend the item.

Lost, Stolen & Damaged Items ABJA HOME is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing.

Customs, Duties & Taxes (International) All fees imposed during or after shipping (tariffs, taxes, etc.) are the responsibility of the customer. ABJA HOME is not responsible for delays caused by the customs department in your country.
