Refund policy
30-Day Resolution Window
We offer a 30-day policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a resolution for any issues regarding your order.
1. Damages and Product Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception. If the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item or are missing parts, contact us immediately at contact@abjahome.com
· • Evidence Requirement: To process a refund or replacement, you must provide clear, unedited photos of the damaged item and the original packaging.
· • Resolutions: Based on the evidence provided and the severity of the issue, we offer: a full refund, a replacement at no extra cost, or an alternative product of equal value.
2. Change of Mind / "Buyer's Remorse"
If the product arrives in good condition but you no longer wish to keep it, we offer a partial refund.
· • Processing Fee: A 50% Logistics & Processing Fee will be deducted from the total refund amount to cover operational, marketing, and shipping costs.
· • By completing your purchase, you agree to this 50% deduction for any non-defective refund requests.
3. No Physical Returns Policy
To simplify the process and reduce our carbon footprint, we do not accept or require the physical return of products. Please do not ship items back to us. Resolutions are handled exclusively through photo evidence.
4. Shipping Times & Logistics
· • Standard Delivery: 7 to 10 business days.
· • Q4 Seasonal Notice: During October-December, shipping times may increase due to high volume.
· • Shipping Address: The customer is responsible for providing correct address details. ABJA HOME is not responsible for errors made during checkout.
5. Order Cancellations & Final Sale
· • Cancellations: Once shipped, orders cannot be canceled. You must wait for delivery and apply for the partial refund.
· • Final Sale: Clearance items and Gift Cards are not eligible for partial refunds.
